Rava dhokla

Ingredients to make Rava dhokla

  • 1cup suji
  • 1cup dahi
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp eno
  • Pinch of soda
  • For tdka.
  • 1tsp ghee
  • 1tsp rai
  • 1/2 glass water
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp salt
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Lal mirch powder pinch
  • Chaat masala a pinch

How to make Rava dhokla

  1. Firstly,take bowl,add suji n curd.mix well.
  2. If better is thick,add little water in it.n mix well.make smooth better.
  3. Then rest it for 10 min.
  4. After 10 min,add salt,soda.mix well.add 1 tbsp water in it.
  5. Then add eno and 1bsp water n mix well for 1 min.
  6. Then pour in greeced microsafe bowl.microwave it for 6 min.
  7. Then another side,take pan,add ghee,when it's hot ,then add rai...n sprinkle it,then add half glass water n boil for 10 min.then add salt,lemon juice,sugar n mix well.boil for 5 min.
  8. Then add chopped coriander leaves n flame off.ready.
  9. Now,dhokla is ready.after some cool,meetha pani pour on dhokla
  10. Sprinkle lal mirch powder n chaat masala powder n enjoy yummy dhokla
