This is one of the royal curry of Rajasthan with the flavours of spices and creamy texture of the korma

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken-800grms
  2. onion paste-8tbsp
  3. Gin.garlic paste-2 tsp
  4. Curd-2 tsp
  5. Milk-2tbsp
  6. Cardamon 6-7
  7. cinnamon stick- 3pieces
  8. Almond,cashew,poppy seed paste-3tbsp
  9. Bay leaf 1
  10. ghee 3tbsp
  11. salt to taste
  12. Dried red chilly-3
  13. coriander leaves to garnish


  1. Wash and clean the chicken pieces and soak in hot water
  2. In a pan,add ghee then add the cumin,cardamon and cinnamon .let the cumin splutter and let aroma come
  3. Now add the bay leaf,onion paste and gin.garlic paste and cook well until raw smell goes
  4. Add the chicken pieces ,cashew paste ,curd,milk and mix well
  5. Cook well until the chicken is soft enough and oil seperates.add coriander leaves.
  6. In a pan add oil,put dried red chilly and add to the chicken curry.garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Yummy rajasthani safed maas ready
