Rajasthani tikker parantha is a traditional dish of Rajsthan. It is made up of with wheat , mazie and gram flour and tomatoes. It is a breakfast dish .

Ingredients to make Rajasthani tikker parantha

  • 1/2cup wheat flour
  • 1/2cup mazie flour (makai ka aata )
  • 1/2cup gram flour (besan )
  • 1spoon Ginger,garlic, green chilly paste .
  • 1fine chopped onion.
  • 1 fine or grated tomato.
  • salt as per taste.
  • 1/2spoon red chilly powder.
  • 1/4spoon turmeric powder.
  • 2to3spoon oil for moyan .
  • 1spoon pickle masala
  • ghee for greasing
  • Chopped coriander leaves.
  • 2spoon fine chopped tomatoes without seeds.

How to make Rajasthani tikker parantha

  1. Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour ,mazie flour , gram flour ,onion, chopped tomato, Ginger garlic green chilly paste , all spices , pickle masala and oil and mix well .
  2. Knead smooth dough add water if required.
  3. Make medium size ball and roll it make chapati
  4. Spread coriander leaves and seedless chopped tomatoes on the chapati and roll it again .
  5. Heat a twa. Cook parantha both side apply ghee .
  6. Paratha is ready to serve
  7. Serve with curd or butter.
