Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For masala Puri
  2. 2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 cup Chane ka aata
  4. Salt
  5. Oil
  6. 1 tea spoon ajwain
  7. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  8. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  9. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  10. 2 boiled and grated potatoes
  11. Water for kneading
  12. For raita
  13. 250gm dahi
  14. Salt as per your taste
  15. 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  16. 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
  17. 1 tea spoon jeera powder
  18. 1 tea spoon pudina powder
  19. Grated kheera
  20. For chole
  21. 250gm soaked and boiled chole
  22. 5-6 pieces of amla
  23. Salt as per your taste
  24. Pinch of sugar
  25. 1 tea spoon hing
  26. 1 tea spoon jeera
  27. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  28. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  29. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  30. 2 tea spoon chole masala
  31. Tejpatta, laung, kali mirch
  32. 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  33. 1 boiled potato
  34. 3-4 chopped onion
  35. Chopped green coriander leaves
  36. Chopped onion
  37. 1 tea spoon Kasuri methi
  38. 1 tea spoon anardana

Instructions

  1. For masala Puri Take all the ingredients
  2. Make a dough for puri
  3. For Raita Take dahi and mix all ingredients and mix well
  4. For chole Boil chole with Amla and salt
  5. Take oil and fry cube potatoes
  6. Take bowl and mix all masala
  7. Take kadai put oil jeera, hing, tejpatta laung Kali mirch tomatoes and fried potatoes
  8. Add all masala and chole into it
  9. Serve with masala Puri kheere ka raita
