Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Uradu dal 2 cup (white)
  2. Pacha arusai 1 cup
  3. Karupatti 1/4 kg
  4. Paruthi kottai (cotton seed)
  5. Chukku 2 tsp
  6. Cordam powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt 2pinch

Instructions

  1. Wash the uradu dal, pacha arusai and pressure cook for 5 whisle with little salt in it
  2. Soak the karupatti for 10 min
  3. And stain the impurities
  4. Grind the paruthi with little water and stain the paruthi milk in cup
  5. Add paruthi milk , karupatti ,sukku and cardamom in pressure cooked item
  6. Mix all together
  7. Bring them to boil for 2 min
