  • 1 kg chap pieces
  • 6 to 7 green chillies paste
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • one teaspoon of curd
  • 3 to 4 teaspoon of fresh cream
  • one and half cup of corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • salt as required

How to make Chops fry

  1. Wash the chap pieces properly by adding lil vinegar and salt in it...
  2. Keep the pieces in a stainer and let the water get rinsed out of the pieces properly...
  3. marinate the pieces in the above-mentioned spices...
  4. Now Shallow fry the pieces on a low flame so that the pieces are properly cooked and tender...
  5. served with green chutney,onion and lemon...

Adding fresh cream and curd keeps mutton tender and soft
