Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour- 2- cup
  2. Salt to taste - 1- tsp
  3. Sliced cabbage- 1- cup
  4. Sliced capsicum- 1- cup
  5. Sliced onions- 1- cup
  6. Carrot jullience - 1- cup
  7. Soya sauce- 1- tbsp
  8. Chilli sauce - 1- tbsp
  9. Red chilli sauce- 1- tbsp
  10. Black pepper- 1- tsp
  11. Oil to deep fry- 1- kg

Instructions

  1. take a bowl add all purpose flour ans salt ....knead a soft dough and let it rest for at least 25 minutes
  2. meanwhile heat up as pan add some oil sliced veggies , salt and pepper . cook well
  3. after a few minutes add all the sauces and cook for a minute or two...let it cool down
  4. divide the dough into snall portions and make thin sheets out of them
  5. heat a pan and cook all the sheets slightly. let the sheets be translucent
  6. then fill the sheets with the prepared veggie mixture and roll in the shape you like it to be
  7. deep fry them on medium high flame
  8. serve hot
