Ingredients to make Bhindi Fry

  • 500 gms lady finger
  • green chillies slit length wise, about 4 or 5
  • curry leaves a handful
  • oil about 2 tbsp
  • garlic 1 tbsp, minced
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

How to make Bhindi Fry

  1. Wash and cut the bhindi in thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil and saute the garlic in it. Then add the curry leaves.
  3. Add the bhindi and the other ingredients as well
  4. Cover and cook on a low to medium flame until it's done.

My Tip:

Fry it for a longer time to get a crispier bhindi, this can be achieved by stirring it all the while.
