This is healthy Dosa without artificial colour

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice- 300- gm
  2. Urad dal - 100- gm
  3. Spinach puree - 1 - cup
  4. Tomato - 1- piece
  5. Carrot - 1- piece
  6. Salt- 10- gm

Instructions

  1. Wash Rice and Dal separately and soke overnight
  2. grind Rice and dal and make thik and fine pest
  3. Divide whole batter in three equal part
  4. add spinach pest in one part, carrot and tometo pest in second part and third part keep white
  5. spread green batter on hot nonstick pan, than white and than spread carrot batter
  6. cook dosa properly with little oil.
  7. serve with chatny
