Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 potatoes boiled and mashed
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1/2 tsp Schezwan sauce
  4. 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  5. 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
  7. 1 cup bread crumbs
  8. 1 cup peanuts crushed
  9. 1 tsp cornflour
  10. Water as required
  11. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash potatoes in a bowl then add green chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, schezwan sauce, bread crumbs. Mix all ingredients and make a dough.
