Coconut Chutney

Ingredients to make Coconut Chutney

  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • Few pieces of raw mango
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing
  • Fresh coriander leaves a few
  • salt to taste

How to make Coconut Chutney

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixer and pulse it adding very little water. (This chutney is not very watery)
  2. Remove in a bowl and serve as an accompaniment.

My Tip:

In the absence of raw mango, you can add lemon juice. If adding lemon juice , please add the same after removing the chutney in the bowl and mix well.
