Easy to make.
In a bowl add rava, rice flour, maida and add a cup of water. Mix well.
Add salt, jeera, green chilli, chopped ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onions and buttermilk. Mix well.
Add sufficient water and again mix well. The batter should be of watery consistency. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Take a nonstick dosa tava, grease with some oil, sprinkle some water and pour ladleful of batter. Pour from the edges towards the center. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp oil on the dosa. Cook on a medium heat for a minute.
Let the dosa turn crispy and golden. Enjoy with chutney.
