Schezwan Potato

Ingredients to make Schezwan Potato

  • 500 gm Baby potato (boiled in over salted water)
  • 1/2 cup spring onions (Whites only)
  • 1/2 Cup spring onions (Greens only)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped capsicum
  • 1/3 cup Homemade Schezwan Sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to make Schezwan Potato

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add spring onions whites and stir fry on high flame.
  3. Add capsicum and saute it.
  4. Add baby potato and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and give a good stir.
  6. Sprinkle spring onions greens, turn off the flame.
  7. Hot and Spicy Schezwan Potato is ready to served.
