Ingredients to make Hakka noodles

  • Boiled hakka noodles
  • carrots diced 1 cup
  • cabbage diced 1 cup
  • red chilli sauce 4 tbsp
  • Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Slit green chillies 2
  • pepper 2 tsp
  • salt as taste
  • oil

How to make Hakka noodles

  1. In to the boiled noodles add in all sauces, carrots, cabbage, salt, peppe,r vinegar and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in wok add crushed garlic slit green chillies, add in the noodles and toss well add some pepper and salt if needed.
  3. Serve with any Chinese side dish.
