Ingredients to make #Wheat kesari

  • Broken wheat 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • water 2 cup
  • cardamom pod 4
  • rose essence half tesp
  • Orange color quarter tesp
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • cashews 8
  • raisins 8

How to make #Wheat kesari

  1. In a pan add ghee. Roast cashews n raisins and keep aside.
  2. In same ghee add broken wheat. Roast for a minute.
  3. Add water, rose essence, food color, cardamom pods.
  4. Let it cook covered for 8 minutes.
  5. Add sugar and roasted nuts.
  6. Cook till water dries.
  7. Serve hot.
