Ingredients to make Galauti kebab (veg version)

  • rajma (soaked and boiled) 2 cup
  • besan 1/4 cup
  • garlic ginger chilli paste 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • saunf powder 1 tsp
  • clove powder 1/2 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • ghee for shallow fry
  • Garnishing:
  • Green chutney a few tbsps
  • Onion and tomato, sliced

How to make Galauti kebab (veg version)

  1. Take mashed rajma. Add ginger garlic chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, saunf powder, Clive powder, ghee ,salt and besan.
  2. mix thoroughly. Add more besan if required for binding but the batter should not be completely dry.
  3. Take non stick tawa. Add 2 tsp ghee. Make kebab. Put on tawa. Cook on both sides.
  4. Serve with chutney, onion n tomato.
