ABOUT Beetroot Manchurian RECIPE

A little twist to the usual Manchurian recipe, I added beetroot in the dumplings making it more healthy and it tasted better than the usual manchurian

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beetroot 1 cup
  2. cauliflower 1/4 cup
  3. cabbage 1/4 cup
  4. Soy Sauce 1tsp
  5. salt according to taste
  6. pepper
  7. chilli sauce 2tbsp
  8. vinegar 1tsp
  9. Red Bell pepper 1/2
  10. Baby corn 5


  1. Grate all the vegetables together and add salt, Soy sauce and pepper
  2. Then sprinkle just enough maida to bind it in a dumpling
  3. Fry it in hot oil and keep aside
  4. Now cut the remaining vegetables that is red bell pepper and baby corn and spring onion and saute them
  5. Add Soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce with salt and pepper to the vegetables
  6. Add dumplings and mix all together
  7. Garnish with spring onion
