A lovely fried rice with tasty eggs in it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  3. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  4. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  5. Chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
  6. Chopped spring onions - 1/4 th cup
  7. Ajinomoto - 1/4th tsp
  8. Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Refined oil as required


  1. Heat a wok with little oil.
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and add it to the wok. Scramble it with a spatula and cook till it's done, then keep it aside.
  3. In the same wok, add some more oil followed by the chopped garlic, ginger and chillies.
  4. Then add in the chopped spring onions and saute well.
  5. Next add in the salt, soy sauce and ajinomoto.
  6. Add in the scrambled eggs and stir. Then add in the cooked rice and stir well.
  7. Adjust salt as per taste and serve it.
