Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice - 2 cup
  2. Water - about 4 cup to cook the rice
  3. Oil - 1tbsp or as required
  4. Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  5. Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp
  6. Black pepper - as per taste
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Frozen peas -1/2 cup
  9. Carrots - 1 finely chopped
  10. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  11. Green onions - 6-7 finely chopped
  12. Bell pepper - 1 cup finely chopped
  13. Green chillies -2-3

Instructions

  1. First cook the soaked rice.
  2. Now take oil in pan. Add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add green chillies, carrots, onions,bell pepper ,peas and salt saute well .
  4. Now pour rice over this chopped fried vegetables.
  5. Now add soy sauce and black pepper to them.
  6. Serve hot.
