Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg cooked rice
  2. Cup chopped Spring onions
  3. Cup chopped carrot peices
  4. Cup chopped capsicum
  5. 2 tsp garlic chopps
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp pepper
  8. 1 tsp tasting salt
  9. 1 tsp venigar
  10. Half tsp soya sauce
  11. Oil as need
  12. Chopped coriander half cup

Instructions

  1. Keep cadai add oil.
  2. Put garlic Fri flavour will add
  3. Add spring onions
  4. Mix well add carrot, capsicum peices Fri all
  5. Add salt,n rice Fri until it comes nice aroma
  6. Add venigar,soya sause,pepper all these Fri til
  7. Finally add tasting salt mix up all nice colour n taste Ready to serve garnish with coriander...
