ABOUT Pumpkin Curry RECIPE

This is a Malaysian veg curry. This can be taken as a side dish for rice. A little sweetness will be there.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Pumpkin 4or 5 cups,cut into small pieces.
  2. Onion 1
  3. Ginger,chopped 1tsp
  4. Garlic ,chopped 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  7. coriander powder 1tsp
  8. 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In 3 tbsp oil, fry curry leaves.
  2. Then add chopped onion, ginger & garlic and fry well till onion is well fried.
  3. Then add pumpkin pieces. Add turmeric,chilli & coriander powders. Fry well for 2,3 min. Then add water & salt.cover & cook for 10 minutes, or till pumpkin is cooked & all water has evaporated.
  4. Pumpkin Curry is ready.
