ABOUT Amla Chutney RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Amlas 250 gms
  2. Gudh/ jaggery 250 gms
  3. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder1/4 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil amlas in water for 5-6 minutes till tender
  2. Take out let them dry and cool a little
  3. Seperate seeds from amlas and then grind to make paste
  4. Break gudh in small pieces
  5. Heat a pan ,add Amla paste and gudh ,mix them till well blended
  6. Now heat it stirring constantly till it becomes thick
  7. Add,all the spices and salt according to taste
  8. Cool it and store in sterilized canister
