Ingredients to make Amla Ka Chunda

  • amla (grated) - 2 cups
  • fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • jaggery - 3/4 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 2 tsp

How to make Amla Ka Chunda

  1. Heat oil in a Pan. Put fenugreek & cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  2. Now, add grated amla. Sprinkle salt and mix well.
  3. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on simmer for a while.
  4. Stirring occasionally in between. Let amla get a little softer
  5. Now, add chilli powder and grated jaggery to it. Mix it well.
  6. Again cover it for a while and let the jaggery melt.
  7. After a while you will see that chunda has become sticky.
  8. Now, amla chunda is ready to eat.
  9. Eat it right away or store it in a jar
