Ingredients to make Cheesy Veg Upma

  • Suji / rawa 1 & 1/2 cup
  • peanuts 1/4 cup
  • onion 1 Medium Size
  • tomato 1 medium size
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • chopped carrot and cabbage 1/2 cup total
  • Cheese 1/2 cup
  • oil 2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander 2 tsp

How to make Cheesy Veg Upma

  1. First roast the peanuts & suji separately without oil. Crush peanuts roughly, do not powder it
  2. Take a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, when the seeds splutter, add onions. Saute for 1 minute. add all veggies and salt. Cover and cook till veggies are tender
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and cheese. Serve hot

You may use any vegetable of your choice
