Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. Water
  3. ghee
  4. For stuffing -
  5. oil
  6. 1 tsp jeera
  7. 1 Onion
  8. 1 tomato
  9. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  10. curry leaves
  11. 50 gms broad beans
  12. 2 potatoes
  13. Salt
  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  16. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  17. Kala namak
  18. Chat masala


  1. make a soft dough with the wheat flour and let it rest
  2. in a cooker, heat some oil
  3. once the oil is heated, add curry leaves,jeera, onion, tomato , ginger garlic paste and fry it well
  4. once this fries well, add in the broad beans and potatoes
  5. fry it well
  6. now add the dry powders,salt and fry it well
  7. now add about 1 cup of water and close the cooker until you hear 5 whistles
  8. once the stuffing is cooled, mash it removing the curry leaves.
  9. now take a portion of the dough that has been resting, and stuff around 2 tbsp into the dough and roll out flat with help of rolling pin
  10. heat a pan, and pour 1 tbsp of ghee on it. now lay the rolled out dough on it n move it continuously
  11. turn it and roast it on another side too
  12. parathas are ready to serve
