Ingredients to make Muli ke parathe

  • 2 radish peeled & grated
  • 1 table spoon green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp haldi and asafoetida
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala pow
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp hot oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chana dal flour

How to make Muli ke parathe

  1. Grate the radishes. Take out the excess water by squeezing. Now put just 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the radish for just 2 minutes. Then keep it aside and let it cool.
  2. Now mix all the above ingredients , prepare a dough and prepare parathas. Enjoy them with sauce or chutney.

My Tip:

Squeeze the excess water from radish or the dough will be loose.
