Rice Patties

Ingredients to make Rice Patties

  • Cooked rice 2 cup
  • Spring onion 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  • onion 2 piece
  • carrot 1 piece
  • capsicum 1 piece
  • ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • green chillies paste 1 teaspooon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • gram flour 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Rice Patties

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables.
  2. Grind cooked rice in mixer grinder and add little water.
  3. Add finely chopped vegetables in grinded rice.
  4. Add all other indegredients except oil and mix well.
  5. Make patties with the batter.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan.
  7. Fry the patties till golden brown and serve it with green chutney or ketchup.

My Tip:

You can add vegetables according to your taste .
