Ingredients to make Grilled Fish

  • 500 gm Surmai Fish (cut into pieces)
  • For first marination
  • 1 lemon
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp lal mirch powder
  • For second marination
  • 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp everest tandoori masala
  • 2 tsp oil

How to make Grilled Fish

  1. First wash fish and add all the ingredients of first marination. Keep aside for 10 -15 minutes
  2. Now add all the ingredients of the second marination and keep in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
  3. Take a grill pan and grill fish from both sides till cooked.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.

My Tip:

Do not marinate more than 15 minutes in the first round
