Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 gm Surmai Fish (cut into pieces)
  2. For first marination
  3. 1 lemon
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/4 tsp lal mirch powder
  7. For second marination
  8. 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
  9. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  11. 1 tsp everest tandoori masala
  12. 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. First wash fish and add all the ingredients of first marination. Keep aside for 10 -15 minutes
  2. Now add all the ingredients of the second marination and keep in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
  3. Take a grill pan and grill fish from both sides till cooked.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
