Ingredients to make Matar Paneer Samosas

  • 1/2 kg all- purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp oil for moin
  • 3 tsp ajwain seeds
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 250 gms paneer crumbled
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder

How to make Matar Paneer Samosas

  1. Mix dough ingredients & knead a soft dough
  2. Mix paneer, boiled peas & spices mash them a little with a masher
  3. Now make small balls of the dough
  4. Roll them out ,fill the paneer filling.
  5. Shape like samosa & deep fry in medium flame
  6. Serve hot with chutney of choice
