Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg all- purpose flour
  2. 3 tbsp oil for moin
  3. 3 tsp ajwain seeds
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for frying
  6. 250 gms paneer crumbled
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 cup boiled peas
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp amchur powder


  1. Mix dough ingredients & knead a soft dough
  2. Mix paneer, boiled peas & spices mash them a little with a masher
  3. Now make small balls of the dough
  4. Roll them out ,fill the paneer filling.
  5. Shape like samosa & deep fry in medium flame
  6. Serve hot with chutney of choice
