Fresh Fruit Rabri

Ingredients to make Fresh Fruit Rabri

  • Milk 1 liter
  • sugar 1/2 cup or less
  • cardamom powder 2 pinch
  • Kiwi ½ cup
  • Orange(pieces) ¼ cup
  • apple(pieces) ½ cup
  • banana(pieces) ¼ cup

How to make Fresh Fruit Rabri

  1. Boil 1 liter milk until it is reduced to ½ liter comes to thick consistency.
  2. Add sugar and boil again until it is thick.
  3. Add cardamom powder and mix it, switch off flame, later transfer into a bowl and allow it cool.
  4. Place in refrigerator until it is chilled.
  5. Remove apple peel and cut into pieces and place in water.
  6. Take a bowl, add kiwi, orange, apple, banana and on its top pour this rabri mixture and mix nicely.
  7. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

For quick rabdi we can add khoya to it.
