ABOUT The Green Devil RECIPE

Vegan, full of fibre, nourishing and very very filling. Excellent detox. Takes a while to develop a taste, but not bad at all once you realise how good it actually is.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bunch spinach (200g)
  2. 1 medium sized cucumber (Unpeeled is better)
  3. 50g coriander leaves
  4. 50g mint leaves
  5. Big chunk of fresh pineapple
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. 1/2 inch piece of ginger
  8. Juice of one lemon


  1. Blend all the ingredients well, adding just enough water or any unsweetened juice to adjust consistency.
  2. Do not strain.
  3. Pour in a tall glass and have this on empty stomach.
