Aamla Chutney

Ingredients to make Aamla Chutney

  • Aamla-2
  • onion-1 medium
  • Green chilli-1
  • pudina or Mint leaves-10-15
  • coriander leaves-1/4 cup
  • Roasted cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
  • salt-1tsp

How to make Aamla Chutney

  1. Boil the amlas either for 1 whistle in cooker or boil in water in a small vessel covered with lid for 10 minutes. .
  2. When amla cools remove seed.Add to mixer with mint leaves,onion,coriander,green chilli,cumin seeds and salt.
  3. Grind to a fine paste and enjoy with your lunch or breakfast like pako das,chaats etc.
