ABOUT Aamla Chutney RECIPE

Gooseberry or Amla is a mine of vitamins and minerals so this yummy chutney spices up the meal in a healthy way

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aamla-2
  2. onion-1 medium
  3. Green Chilli-1
  4. Pudina or Mint leaves-10-15
  5. Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
  6. Roasted cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
  7. Salt-1tsp


  1. Boil the amlas either for 1 whistle in cooker or boil in water in a small vessel covered with lid for 10 minutes. .
  2. When amla cools remove seed.Add to mixer with mint leaves,onion,coriander,green chilli,cumin seeds and salt.
  3. Grind to a fine paste and enjoy with your lunch or breakfast like pako das,chaats etc.
