Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roasted rawa 1 cup
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Green chilli 2 minced
  4. Carrot 1 chopped
  5. Green peas 1/4 cup
  6. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  7. Curry leaves 5
  8. Cilantro- a handful chopped
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and splutter mustard seeds, then fry curry leaves.
  2. Saute onion green peas and carrot, add salt and cook for few minutes.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil.
  4. Add rawa slowly stirring continuously so that no lump remains .
  5. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes, keep stirring occassionaly until rawa is cooked and absorbs all the water.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with sauce/chutney.
