Mogar ki poori

Ingredients to make Mogar ki poori

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup yellow moong daal (washed and soaked about one hour)
  • 2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp whole corriender seeds
  • pinch of clove powder
  • salt taste
  • water to knead dough
  • oil for frying

How to make Mogar ki poori

  1. Take wheat flour in a big bowl and add and add all the spices into it and mix well
  2. Now add oil and moving daal into it
  3. Make a soft dough using water little by little as needed
  4. grease with 2 -3 drops of oil and rest it for about 15 minutes
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out a puri from it
  6. Make a whole in centre
  7. heat up a griddle ,roast it from both by drizzling some oil till crispy
  8. Serve hot with curd

My Tip:

spices can be adjust according to taste and always serve hot .
