Ingredients to make Cheese cake

  • cream cheese 1/2kg
  • egg 3
  • corn starch 1tbsp
  • salt (pinch)
  • sugar 1cup
  • lemon Zest 1tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  • Multi grain biscuits 20-25
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup

How to make Cheese cake

  1. Grind the biscuits and add unsalted butter mix well.
  2. Coat the baking tray with a foil so that at the end you can easily lift the cake. (No need of foil if you have a tray whose Base is detachable)
  3. Preheat the oven for 10mins 180°
  4. Set the biscuits mixture in the bottom of the tary tightly with the help of spoon or a bowl.
  5. Bake it for 15mins at 180°C.
  6. By the time take cream cheese in a bowl and beat it. While beating add sugar, essence, salt, lemon zest, corn starch.
  7. Add eggs one at a time n beat the mixture.
  8. Transfer the mixture on top of biscuit layer n again bake it for 45min.
  9. After 45mins switch off the oven and leave the cake in oven for an hour.
  10. Transfer it refrigerator. Let it set overnight.
  11. Dust it with powdered sugar.
  12. Serve cool

My Tip:

Make small pieces as it is very heavy.
