Ingredients to make Garlic parantha

  • wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Green garlic
  • salt according to taste
  • 1/4tbs redchillypowder
  • 1chopped green chilly
  • clarified butter

How to make Garlic parantha

  1. Knead a soft dough with the flour and let it rest. Wash garlic pods
  2. Cut into small pieces and add all spices
  3. Roll one chapathi out of the kneaded soft dough roundel. Put the garlic stuffing on it.
  4. Cover with another chapati
  5. Cook on the TWA and apply some clarified butter for crispness

My Tip:

You can also add some grated carrot
