Ingredients to make Baked choclate gujiya

  • 1cup flour
  • Half cup butter
  • Half cup sugar
  • One four spoon baking powder
  • Half cup grated choclate
  • 1tsp coconut powder milk for milk wash

How to make Baked choclate gujiya

  1. For making a dough we will cream butter/ghee and sugar mix baking powder and flour and make a dough. Keep aside.
  2. Take chocolate coconut powder and mix it. Roll the dough and cut small rounds with a cutter and put filling on it.
  3. Cover with another cookie and preak sides with a fork. Now with a brush butter on all the gujiyas.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180degree for 10 to 15 min.

My Tip:

You can use ghee instead of butter.
