Ingredients to make Rohu Fish Fry

  • Rohu Fish - 300 gms
  • turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 1/2 cup

How to make Rohu Fish Fry

  1. Marinate the fish with the above ingredients. The longer the marination the better.
  2. In a frying pan heat oil.
  3. When the oil is hot, lower the heat and add the fish in batches and deep fry in the oil till golden.
  4. Drain and squeeze the lemon over the fish just before serving and serve it along with onions and green chillies.
