Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lauki grated 100gm
  2. Sugar half cup
  3. Elaichi powder half tsp
  4. Ghee pinch off


  1.                     Remove peel of bottle gourd and grate it and keep aside. 2. Heat ghee in a pan. 3. To it add bottle gourd and saute it until it become dry, later transfer into a plate. 4. In the same pan add sugar, little water and boil until it reaches one string consistency and add cardamom powder, bottle gourd, cook it. 5. Once the bottle gourd mixture becomes thick transfer into ghee applied tray and spread it evenly. 6. Allow it to rest for 30-40 mins and cut into pieces. 7. Now bottle gourd burfi is ready to serve.
