Ingredients to make Tandoori pomfret

  • Hung curd 1cup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Kashmiri mirch 1 spn
  • red chilli paste 1 spn
  • ginger garlic paste 1 spn
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 whole Pomfret
  • butter as required

How to make Tandoori pomfret

  1. Get the fish cleaned and washed properly.Mix all the ingredients except butter and marinate the fish.
  2. Keep the fish in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. After that bake the fish in to the tandoor for 5 minutes on the one side. Butter it. Then 5 minutes for the other side.
  4. Serve hot with some lemon and salad.

My Tip:

Don't over cook the fish...bcz by adding lemon juice fish will start cooking itself...
