Take a kadai or pan heat ghee and add broken wheat and roast for 3-5 mins.
Add milk and cook on low flame.
Cook it till it becomes little thick.
Add sugar, cardamom powder,coconut powder.
Add dry fruits and rose petals. In last add rose essence. Cook it for 15-20 minutes.
Turn off the flame and let it cool
Now freeze it for 5-10 minutes. When serving garnish with some rose petals And dry fruits.
