Daulat Ki Chaat or Malayio

Ingredients to make Daulat Ki Chaat or Malayio

  • Full cream milk- 1 liter
  • Fresh cream -200ml ( amul fresh cream)
  • sugar-250 gm
  • cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • kesar(optional)

How to make Daulat Ki Chaat or Malayio

  1. Take full cream milk and add sugar then mix it well.
  2. Then pour the fresh cream into it and stir properly. Add cardmom powder.
  3. After 5-6 hours, take out the mixture and beat it with the help of hand beater. The froth starts to come up slowly.
  4. Now remove the froth with the help of a spoon and again start to beat the mixture. Repeat this process till the froth is coming out.
  5. Keep this froth or foam in the freeze again for 10 to 15 mins to set.
  6. Serve it cool in an earthen pot or a bowl and garnish with pistachio and cardamom powder.
