- Milk-1 litre
- sugar- 1 cup
- Almonds and pistachios 1/4 cup (blanched and sliced)
- saffron- 5 strands
- almonds paste- from 1/2 cup almonds ( to thicken the milk and for taste)
- Elachi- 3 (powdered)
How to make Kulfi
My Tip:
We can add khoya or condensed milk if we cannot cook milk for a long time. Use less sugar if using milkmaid or khoya.
