Ingredients to make kacche kele dahi vade

  • for vadas---- Raw banana 6 no
  • Boiled potato 2 medium
  • Sendha/ lahori/rock salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • chopped green chili 2 no
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Singhade (water cashew nut ) flour 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • For garnishing ----- Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Red Chili powder to taste
  • curd 1/2 kg
  • salt to taste
  • sugar powder 1 tbsp
  • imli ki chutney
  • green chutney

How to make kacche kele dahi vade

  1. Wash, peel, boil and then mash the banana. Mix mashed potato with it. Now add salt, green chili, coriander leaves and singhade ka ata. Mix well then make the vada.
  2. Heat oil and fry the vadas till they turn golden brown. Add sugar in curd and mix it well. Now soak the vadas in it. Sprinkle the salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, green chutney and imli chutney.

My Tip:

You can also add kuttu flour or rajgira flour instead of singhada flour. also garnish with coriander leaves.
