ABOUT Gajar ka achar RECIPE

Achaar adds flavour to your food. And if the achaar is made up of carrot, one can say it is an healthy achaar which is good for all age groups.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. carrots - 2 big
  2. mustard seeds - 1 tspn
  3. Aamchoor - 1 tspn
  4. salt - 1 tspn
  5. haldi - 1/2 tspn
  6. chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
  7. mustard oil - 2 to 3 tspn
  8. saunf - 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots lengthwise, and remove the middle white stem.
  2. Add haldi.
  3. Add chilli powder
  4. Add salt, aamchoor and saunf.
  5. Grind the mustard seeds and add.
  6. In the end, add mustard oil and mix.
  7. Keep in sunlight for 24 hrs and its ready.
