Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw banana - 1 grated
  2. Wheat flour - 2 cups
  3. Curd - 3 tbspns
  4. Turmeric pwdr - half tspn
  5. Red chilly powder - half tspn
  6. Jeera - half tspn
  7. Amchoor pwdr - 2 pinches
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for Deep frying
  10. Water for kneading the dough

Instructions

  1. First wash the raw banana & peel it slightly....
  2. Then grate it.... Dont leave it for a long time or else it will turn black...
  3. Add atta & other ingredients....except oil
  4. Knead the flour with little water...
  5. Keep aside for a few minutes
  6. Then make small balls & roll them to small puris...
  7. Put oil in a kadai & heat it....When hot add the puri & fry from both sides till they puff up.... :blush:
  8. Serve hot with sabzi or achar :blush:
  9. Enjoy hot puris
