Ingredients to make Idli-Maggi

  • Maggi 1 small packet
  • idlis 2 (freshly prepared /leftover )
  • carrot 1 cut into small pieces
  • peas 1 tablespoon
  • corn kernels 1 tablespoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • mustard seeds few
  • cumin seeds few
  • salt a pinch
  • red chili powder a pinch

How to make Idli-Maggi

  1. heat oil in a wok
  2. add mustard and cumin seeds
  3. let them splutter then add carrot, peas corn kernels
  4. saute and add a salt and chili powder
  5. add a cup of water
  6. let it boil then add maggi masala and dry maggi
  7. let it boil for 2 minute
  8. for severing take maggi in a deep bowl
  9. and pour maggi over it
  10. it tastes awesome and kids love to eat this fusion.

My Tip:

Add little more water than mentioned on packet of maggi so that you will get enough liquid to dip idli
