Protein packed combo of Rajma and Chickpeas in a Salad

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup rajma, boiled
  2. 1/2 cup chickpeas, boiled
  3. 1 cucumber, roundels
  4. 1 tomato , cut into small pieces
  5. 1 small onion, cut into small pieces
  6. 1/2 Capsicum, cut into small pieces
  7. Rock salt, to sprinkle
  8. A pinch of chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Arrange the rajma, chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, Capsicum in individual toothpicks
  2. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala
  3. Serve with cucumber roundels.
