Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 250 ml
  2. Sugar 3 tablespoons
  3. Saffron 40 strands
  4. Almond 4
  5. Pistachios 4
  6. Rabri 4 tablespoons
  7. Ice cubes 4 pieces

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer jar and add in this curd, sugar and Ice cubes.
  2. Give two to four nice round on full speed.
  3. Now take two glass and fill more than half part with lassi and add in that glasses twenty to twenty five saffron threads and mix them until color of lassi changed in saffron.
  4. Now in rest part of glasses spread a layer of rabri.
  5. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and saffron threads.
  6. Kesariya lassi is ready. Serve it chilled.
