Sabudana Vada

Ingredients to make Sabudana Vada

  • 1 bowl sabudana [sago] (soaked overnight or minimum 3 hours)
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 spoon singarhe ka atta
  • 1 spoon kuttu ka atta
  • sendha namak (vrat salt)
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • 2 green chillies
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Sabudana Vada

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make vadas or tikkis of them.
  2. Now deep fry the tikkis or vadas till golden brown.
  3. Now drain the excess oil and serve.
